Win Cars and Cash in Laughlin Bingo Halls

A comfortable and inexpensive way to spend some time in Laughlin is to head over to one of the resorts that offer live bingo. At one time silver-haired ladies seemed to dominate the halls but times have changed and you will see a mixed bag of players of all ages migrating to their seats with daubers at the ready as they wait for their numbers to be called. There is no skill required in bingo, just a fast eye and the ability to keep up with the game if you are playing multiple sheets. Electronic devices that keep track of the numbers on your cards have become a staple in bingo rooms and they can be used in lieu of marking your cards. Currently in Laughlin there are three properties holding bingo sessions everyday. At Don Laughlin’s Riverside Resort, their 330-seat Bingo Paradise is located on the second floor between Don’s Celebrity Theatre and the Gourmet Room offering seven sessions each day with the first getting underway at 9 a.m. (doors open at 8:30 a.m.) and continuing throughout the day with the last session being called at 11 p.m. Along with decent cash pay outs at each session, numerous specials such as double and triple payouts, the Riverside awards a new car nightly for players at the 7:30 p.m. games for getting a blackout  within the designated numbers required. A Gift Counter and full service Bar & Deli are open for your convenience. Bingo packs run $5-$12. For additional information, call (800) 227-3849. Six bingo sessions are held daily at the 300-seat River Palms Beach Club Bingo starting at 9 a.m. and going throughout the evening. They also provide a good selection of games including their “$2,500 Mega Double Action Bingo” that is called at 1 p.m. For further information, call (800) 835-7904. The largest bingo facility in Laughlin can be found at the Avi, voted as the number one bingo facility in town along the river and home of the monthly Mini-High Stakes Bingo has six regular daily sessions in play with free bingo being offered at 8 a.m., 10 a.m., noon and 2 p.m. Evening sessions are played from 5 to 8 p.m. The Avi is currently in the middle of a good promotion allowing their players to earn stamps each time they play for a chance to win a Ford Fusion in a special drawing that takes place December 17, 2008. For complete details, call (866) INFO-AVI.
