It’s all About the Holidays at Aquarius with Christmas Entertainment and Dining Specials
The holiday season is in the air at Aquarius Casino Resort. On Friday, December 16, “Christmas Traditions:”-a Mohave Community College Foundation show featuring the Voices on the River Choir and showcasing talented singers from the area the voices will performs at 7 p.m. inside the Pavilion. Tickets are $15 and advanced reservations may be made by calling (702) 298-2214. If you are in town for Christmas you will find special dinners being prepared at several of the properties restaurants. Vineyard Ristorante will be serving a four-course feast from 4 to 10 p.m. for just 32.95 per person with an ace I PLAY card and $36.95 for non-card holders. Reservations are highly recommended. A more casual setting will be at Café Aquarius where Christmas favorites will be available from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Players club members pay $12.95 and non-members are $14.39. To really dig into the food, check out the Buffet that will be moved into Aquarius Pavilion from December 23 to December 26. On Christmas Day, the buffet will offer special selections for $11.95 for ace I PLAY members and $15.93 if you don’t have a card. The buffet will be served from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.

A couple of good promotions at the Avi could put some green in your wallet in the next few weeks. Through December 19, Advantage Club members are invited to participate in the “Get Your Claus on the Cash” giveaway where a total of $4,500 is being paid out. Each Monday drawings will be held in Promotions Central by the club booth at 6 p.m. where six winners are selected with each one taking home between $50 to as much as $500. SNORE Rage at the River Coming to Laughlin Event Center
This week, December 10-11, the thrilling event, SNORE “Rage at the River”(Southern Nevada Off Road Enthusiasts) takes over the Laughlin Events Center in a two-day meet featuring stock VW Beetles, buggies, pick up trucks and high-end unlimited vehicles worth hundreds of thousands of dollars. A kick-off party will take place on Thursday, December 8 at the Golden Nugget. Races will be held on Saturday and Sunday from 7:15 a.m. until 5 p.m.

Riverside Resort Brings in Non-Stop Holiday Entertainment
Don’s Celebrity Theatre at the Riverside will be showcasing two holiday shows this month beginning with the island inspired “Aloha Christmas” performing December 7-11 and 13-18 at 7 p.m.  Tickets are $30.50 with a $5 discount for locals.
